Hello Razer Support,

 

I have a problem with my Razer Hammerhead True Wireless Pro.  

The right earbud is detected in the Razer Audio app and shows its battery level, but it produces no sound.  

Both earbuds charge normally and appear connected, but audio plays only through the left side.  

 

I have already:

– Cleaned the charging contacts;

– Fully charged the case and earbuds;

– Performed a factory reset several times (holding both touch panels for 10–15 seconds);

– Tried reconnecting and re-pairing through the left earbud only;

– Tested on different Android devices.

 

Nothing helped — the right earbud still doesn’t play sound.  

Could you please advise on a repair or replacement?  

I can provide the serial number if needed.
