I purchased the Razer Kraken Multi-Platform Black headset on April 17, 2025.
After registering the included code, I activated the 7.1 Surround Sound feature. However, I was unaware that the code only works for one software. I was hoping to use the activation for THX Spatial Audio instead.
As this is my first experience with Razer headphones, I didn’t realize that the activation is limited to one option.
Could you please assist me with activating THX Spatial Audio instead? I’d really appreciate your help.
