Help with Activation 7.1 code
I have bought a Kraken X, and its came with a activation Card Code, but a made a mess scraping this card and can't read the activation code and need a new one. When i will do it in the Support i receive this msg "Please register your device to continue with your surround sound code request." and i already register this... how can i take a new code ?
I have the same problem like yours.
I have bought a Kraken X Light and It came to me with an activation code on a card's too.
But I have in facts, realize that 7.1 app woks fine without this code (what this is not the case with the same app, but for a THX use) and unfortunaly this code was in all case refused to me by the app.
If you or someone have an explain or solution, i take it !

Unfortunately, lost, stolen, damaged, thrown out Activation codes do not get covered by the RAZER's limited warranty and will be subject to approval.
Otherwise, wait for one of the RAZER official stuff for further advice through this thread

Otherwise drive your hearing senses through the roof by upgrading to THX Spatial Audio.

- S/N
- P/N
- Proof of purchase (legal receipt)
- Email address &/or RAZER ID used for registering your RAZER product
- Photo of the damaged Activation Code
