This is my first time wanting to clean it but I'm not sure how to clean it and how long should I wait to dry.
I just don’t want to break my mic from water damage, someone please help me.

+1First off - I’d not clean it with water.
I’d use 100% Isopropyl alcohol, which is safe for elecronics and it evaporate quite fast (depends on the ambient temperature).
