how to connect the Razer Blackshark V2 pro with the xbox series s

yesterday I received some pairs of Razer blackshark v2 pro but I have an xbox series s, from the videos I had seen they said that they were not completely compatible but they could be used with a 3.5mm jack cable not with the other accessories given in the box like the key. when I tried to put the cable on the headphones and on the xbox controller there was no sound but the xbox recognized that headphones were connected. I tried following chatGPT's advice but it didn't work, the only way to make the headphones work is the TV, in fact I have a Samsung S95CA TV and I can connect the headphones via Bluetooth so in this way I can hear the audio of the xbox but I'm not very sure because I don't think the audio is crystal clear when I use them on my own xbox and then using this method the microphone which was an important part of the headphones didn't work.
