how to connect the Razer Blackshark V2 pro with the xbox series s

yesterday I received some pairs of Razer blackshark v2 pro but I have an xbox series s, from the videos I had seen they said that they were not completely compatible but they could be used with a 3.5mm jack cable not with the other accessories given in the box like the key. when I tried to put the cable on the headphones and on the xbox controller there was no sound but the xbox recognized that headphones were connected. I tried following chatGPT's advice but it didn't work, the only way to make the headphones work is the TV, in fact I have a Samsung S95CA TV and I can connect the headphones via Bluetooth so in this way I can hear the audio of the xbox but I'm not very sure because I don't think the audio is crystal clear when I use them on my own xbox and then using this method the microphone which was an important part of the headphones didn't work. Please help me I haven't had a pair of headphones since May, if you can help me please help me I need it, in the card they give you there is a site for help like live chat but I can't find it if you can't help me tell me where it is the way to talk to a live assistant

Did you throw out to dongle that connects to the Xbox?  You plug that into the USB and select Xbox on it.

    Do you mean the black key they give you in the box? Yes I tried to put it both in front and behind the xbox but here something strange happens, when I put the key on the xbox (when I put the key the headphones are not connected via bluetooth with the TV) the light of the headphones that is normally green when they are connected or blue for when they still have to connect becomes a mix of blue and white (if you can tell me what this color means please tell me), it is always based on the case I had written months ago, the headphones are connected but the sound does not work. I hope you can help me solve it This problem

    Did you download the razer app on Xbox, it does work for black shark pro v2.  Also the dongle that has the USB/Xbox needs to be connected to the usb wire with the attachment and usb connects to Xbox port.  I also find that if you plug it in while the Xbox is already on it may not give you best audio quality so try having it hooked in then start the Xbox up.  If you have the razer thx spatial audio app on pc make sure you have ‘voice clarity’ turned off.  It took me a bit but you don’t need a headphone jack, or chatgpt.  Remember if you click the power button a few times it mixes game chat with voice chat, read the manual middle page bottom about the buttons for game mixer.  It took me a bit but when I got it working it is incredible.

    So you practically had my problem? Thank you very much anyway I hope it works, only that I didn't understand so much a part of what you wrote is not your problem but mine since I'm Italian so I have to perfect my English. Thanks again I hope it works

    Joker did it work? 
    I was under the impression that you needed the v2 pro Xbox addition to work on the Xbox, not the v2 pro 2023, the 2020 v2 pro works too only use an aux.
