How to get activation code for 7.1 Kraken V3 X?

A couple of days ago I bough a Kraken V3 X headset, the box and even the Razer software says that are 7.1 compatible but no activation code was on the box so I registered the product as the web says to get the activation code send to my email but I haven’t received anything yet and I did that the same day that I bought them, is there another way to request the code?

Sorry that I ask this again but my first question was closed because I forgot to add the “X” at the end of the name of the headset so I was told that those were no compatible and the question got close without giving me a chance to verify that.
