How to make sure the Razer Nommo V2 X stay on when they are wired in. No sleep mode

I bought the Razer Nommo V2 X

cool speaker overall, ngl, quality stuff, and I like the size.

But I keep having to stand up and push power on to use them every some 10minutes or smth sound is not coming out of my computer

The nommos power off at a certain point.

I must stand up and get my hand behind my second monitor to press the power button

Is there another way around?

I have the same problem. Wether in bluetooth mode or in PC mode, it goes to sleep. Super annoying.

This doesn’t work, they still sleep after 10mins or so.

I have tried everything. No change.

Who would even want this feature?

I will probably return them if I can’t get a fix for this.

I had this this morning after installing them yesterday.  Wired usb connection.  I’ve updted firmware to latest release & in the speaker power option in synapse 4, the power saving option is disabled.   Yet this morning, no usb audio on the PC.

Did you get a fix for this?

I too will most  likely return if not sorted - I had the chroma nommo before, but had to replace those with these after the usb audio failed and then the line in / output started failing….

Ive had mine for months now. The random powering off went away but since Synapse 4 its come back. Ive installed synapse again, turned off the power saving and deleted and reconnected the Nommo V2 several times.

Ive gotta say i like Razer products but their drivers for these speakers are horrible and so is this support site for quick support.

I'm having same issue with Nommo v2. Does anybody found a solution?

If not, I will return them. It's frustrating to spend the day turning on the speakers

Same thing happend, I tried to turned off power saving mode, doesn’t work. And also change the PC power setings of USB to disable the auto power off, doesn’t work.

I've opened a ticket too and the conclusion is that the speakers are poorly designed.

I've returned and I will buy Logitech speakers.

I had the same problem with the Nommo V2 speakers using Synapse 4. Only way I was able to fix was to go back to Synapse 3. So far have not had any issues with speakers turning off automatically after disabling power saving in Synapse 3.

Unfortunately it seems the Axon wallpapers require the Chroma app installed and it has to have Synapse 4, so now I’ve lost the ability for Axon to sync my RGB with wallpapers.

Every time I turn them on manually, do you have a solution to turn them on via the computer?

Yo razer, get your ish together and fix this already. I like the speakers but needing to stand-up and reach around my ultrawide monitor and manually turn back on the speakers every 10 mins is soooo annoying. My return window is coming up and I still haven’t found a solution yet a ton of people complaining about this online for years. How does a product get released like this and how has it still not been fixed? For the prices you guys charge  you should be all over issues like this.

Hi guys,

If you’re still experiencing the issue with your speakers, please send me a PM with your Synapse logs which will help our team in their investigation. You can upload them to any hosting service like Google Drive and provide a shareable link. Just check the file so that anyone with the link can view it. Please also include the serial number so I can verify it in our system and check for applicable workarounds that might address the connection issue.
