How to tweak the mic settings for Blackshark V2 X 3.5mm audio jack(as they are not compatible with razer synapse )

Can anyone tell me how i can tweak the mic settings because whenever I game using the  headset, sometimes my voice is not detected by the mic making the comms ingame pretty bad...or is there another solution  that doesnt require the usage of razer synapse 3
