I ACTIVATE 7.1 but anything sounds in my PC

Hi, i bought the Kraken X Lite on december 18th, i registered my headphones and everything worked, i selected as output my sound card and activated the 7.1 and was good; But yesterday( 8/01/2021), I started my PC as usual and I didnt listen anything,even the test sound of microsof, only I was able to hear discord voice calls. Any one had this trouble before? or know how to fix it? Thanks

i got kraken regular one for xmas. its absolute wank.it seems to clashe with realtek. i cant find help anywhere. i hear clicking sounds. the audio at best with thx is average. i have a F.R.E.Q, madcatz headset about a decade old and sound is way better . i hope you get some help
