I bought 2 pairs of hammerhead wireless earbuds today and they both don't work, please help me

i bought a pair of these hammerhead wireless earbuds and literally couldnt even turn them on or connect them to blutooth, i then went back to the shop and got them exchanged for another pair and i have the exact same issue, surely i dont have 2 of the same fault in 1 day. Can i please get some help, its really frustrating
