I can't hear anything with my Razer Kraken tournament edition

Hello everyone, Today I was listening music with my Razer Kraken Tournament edition and suddenly the sound just dissapeared. Of course I have selected THX spatial as default sound, and I also have installed razer synapse a few weeks ago. Can someone help me?

Hi there, I myself recently bought a Razer Nari, not sure if it will be the same for you, but I too was facing a similar problem. I fixed it however and here's how I did so: As attached in the image below, what I did was click on the "SET AS DEFAULT" button in the MIXER tab under the AUDIO tab of Razer Synapse 3 under the THX SPATIAL AUDIO category. https://imgur.com/a/sYSLFvu If you don't see the option, try setting the Windows Default output to something else other than the THX.
