When I have the 7.1 surround sound chosen i can’t hear anything through my headphones. What should I do?

You shouldn’t do nothing because its major issues and never solved. I’ve used Nari Ultimate and never fix THX Synapse. I tried everything but not solved. U have to use your headphones as stereo.
