I can't open my 7.1 surround sound programm

So, today I bought a Razer BlackShark V2 X. When I got home, I set 7.1 SURROUND SOUND to set up my headphones. I logged into my Rather account, but then nothing happened... I tried to launch the program, but nothing happened next. When I tried to open it using the tray, I got a page with my Razer ID. I just can't open the 7.1 sound setting.
