I can't connect my Razer Blackshark v2 pro for XBOX product, code RZ04-04530400-R3M1, to my 7.1 sound system. I can't access the synapse application either.

    Hi CAZCI33,

    Upon checking, the Razer BlackShark V2 Pro (Xbox Licensed) is not supported in Razer Synapse. For profile and EQ customization, please use the Razer Audio Setup for Xbox App available on both PC and Xbox console. You can also visit the related article for more information.
