I didnt receive 7.1 surround sound code

I didnt receive  7.1 surround sound code and i cant found it so i cant benefit from 7.1 razer and headset software, I want to activate the 7.1 surround sound code, but I have filled in the registration, and it says the product has been registered but I didn't get the code from my email
