Hi, I’m having an issue with my headphones (I’ve had them since July of this year): the default volume is very low. I mean, they’re usable, but if I want to turn the volume up to listen to music, there’s practically no "high" volume—it just stays at a basic level. I’ve tried using 7.1, turning it off, using THX Spatial, etc., but nothing works. I don’t think it’s a hardware issue, since they arrived in great condition and this is the only problem I’m having; I suspect it’s software-related. I’ve seen mentions of using third-party software to boost the volume, but it makes no sense for a Razer product to have this issue right out of the box. Thanks.

Hey there, @fastMidnightBlueRUBY813

I understand that your headset's volume is unusually low, and even when you increase the volume for music or other audio. To help narrow down the cause, could you please let me know:

1. Have you updated the headset's firmware to the latest version available?
2. Have you tested the headset with Razer Synapse completely closed and not running in the background? You can exit Synapse from the system tray and then check whether the volume level improves.
3. Does the low-volume issue occur across all applications and games, or only with specific ones?
4. Have you tested the headset on another PC or device to see if the behavior remains the same?

Please let me know the results via PM, and I'll be happy to assist you further. Thank you!
