Hello respected Razer team, I am new here and excited to start the journey together, but unfortunately I had a problem while activating my black shark v2 x headphones that used to show me a message saying "This product is already registered. If you did not register it, please contact Razer Support" Please contact me to inform you of the required information and documents and thank you very much for your cooperation 🙏🏻🙏🏻.

Thanks for letting us know about this. There’s a high chance that you have purchased a counterfeit headset but I’ll double-check it just to be sure. Please send me a message via PM along with your headset’s serial number so I can validate it and check the registration.
