I have a Razer Kraken V3 Pro

Hello Razer Support,
I have a Razer Kraken V3 Pro (RZ04-03460).
The battery percentage in Razer Synapse is incorrect and changes significantly after reconnecting/restarting the PC. For example, it showed 20%, then 50% after connecting the charger, and after restarting the PC it showed 80%.
The headset firmware is 1.10.0 and I am using Razer Synapse 4.
Could you please confirm whether this is a known battery reporting/firmware issue and provide the recommended fix?

      Already reported around December 2025. The reporter I built works correctly. They just haven't done anything with it in Synapse.

      It is nice to finally have the enhancements back like it used to be. Needs added to Kraken v4 pro. Only having the ability to chose one option when v3 pro can do all of them seems a little off...

      Thanks for confirming this. I’m also experiencing the same issue with my Kraken V4 Pro. It’s frustrating because the V3 Pro can use all the enhancements together, while the V4 Pro is limited to choosing only one. Hopefully Razer can bring the same functionality to the V4 Pro through Synapse. Has Razer officially acknowledged this issue or given any indication that it will be fixed in a future Synapse update?

      I gave up on these people and started building everything myself.

      I have rgb and battery reporting for Kraken v4 pro in 3rd party apps. I can also write backgrounds to the hub. Now that I know the only people that can fix Tartarus v2 pro is Razer, I will get back to the Kraken hub features.

      99% compatible with Synapse. Does not work in Synapse anymore. For no reason apparently. I'm pissed. I spent years collecting this stuff just for it to be ruined by a software.

      Hi Ten, thank you for reaching out. Yes, I already have an active support case with Razer regarding the incorrect battery percentage reported by Synapse on my Kraken V3 Pro.]

      Could you please review the case and let me know if this is a known Synapse/software issue and whether Razer is working on a fix?
