I have the Razer BlackShark V2 X and neither THX Spatial Audio nor Razer 7.1 Surround Sound lets me select my headset – the option is grayed out

I have the BlackShark V2 X headset and I can't select it in the THX Spatial Audio or the Razer 7.1 Surround Sound software. I need help because I only get sound when the headset is plugged into the motherboard jack. When I try to select "THX Headset", I hear nothing and the option stays grayed out.

Can you test your headset on another computer or device and check if the issue continues? Please also send me a PM with the serial number so I can verify it in our system and check for troubleshooting steps that might address the audio issue you're currently experiencing.
