I deeply regret buying the Razer Barracuda X. The headset itself had potential, but the experience turned into a huge disappointment. The main issue comes from the cheap dongle — it constantly disconnects, cuts audio, or simply stops working for no reason. After doing some research, I found out that this whole problem could easily be fixed with a simple 5-dollar chip, yet Razer never addressed it.

What’s even worse is their customer support. They don’t stand behind their products at all. Instead of offering a real solution, they just copy-paste standard replies and act like it’s your fault. For a brand that sells itself as “premium,” the build quality of the dongle and the way they treat their customers is a joke.
