I need a new activation code.

Hi Razer.

I bought my Razer V2x around 1 year ago and I just found out that I need an Activation code for achieving my Headset’s full potential..But When I removed my ear cushions,the numbers were damaged.

Now I need a New Activation code.I am giving you my proof of purchase.

To request an activation code, the device needs to be registered first, and the serial number is required for verification. Since the serial number on your headset is damaged, we’re not able to provide a new activation code at this time. If you need any help in the future, feel free to send me a PM and I’ll be happy to assist.
