Hi Razer Support,

I recently purchased a brand new Razer BlackShark V2 X headset, but the activation code for the 7.1 Surround Sound software was not included in the box.

I have checked all the contents carefully and the activation card is missing.

Please assist me in retrieving or issuing a new activation code.

- Place of Purchase: SHOPEE
- Serial Number: HN2137D22210278
