I need help with macro program(broken)

So the problem is that my blackwidow has the problem not assgining macros to a key only two keys work f9 and f10 and when I assign it to T it wont register that I assigned it to T please help

    Can you post a screenshot from Synapse software with the configuration, that you want to achieve?
