I recently got gifted a pair of Blackshark v2 x and the activation code for the spatial audio was missing (yes I know they don'tincluse one). I followed the steps and Razer sent me one via email but when I put the code a message appears that the code is invalid and I can't find any way to get a new code. Can anyone help me?? I really need help.

I think you have entered it on a different software. This is just a quick fix. Please drop me a message PM along with your headset’s serial number so I can validate it and help you with the activation.
