I recently purchased a Razer Blaskshark v2 X headset, However, when I went to register the product on Razer's official website it says that it has already been activated, so I can't activate and download the program to use it with 7.1 surround sound, I would like to know if I can obtain the key code another way or if Could some moderator help me? Thank you in advance for your understanding
