I've registered my Blackshark V2 Pro but it won't appear on Synapse. How do I fix that?
As stated, it won't appear, and I don't know how to fix it.
+1Is it connected via USB dongle or 3.5 mm mini jack?
If dongle, please check it in other USB port (preferred USB 3.0 and above).
