My brand new headset works perfectly fine when paired with my phone but the audio and microphone input are glitchy on my pc. Also, it wont show up on razor synapse. All drivers are updated to the most recent version. I cannot watch youtube or do a discord call on my pc. I've tried reinstalling synapse and disconnecting and reconnecting the headset to no avail. I have read over the manual and it didnt help very much.
Ive been having this issue as well, did you get it resolved?
I found out it was the Bluetooth card in my PC, so I have to wait till I replace it for my headset to work properly. My Bluetooth card is also my wifi card which is rivited to my motherboard, so I have to get a whole new motherboard, wifi card, and Bluetooth card. I tried a Bluetooth adapter before coming to this conclusion but that didn't work
