I'm in the market for a wireless headset for my Series X, and was initially considering the official Microsoft option. However, I recently stumbled upon the Kaira Pro and it seems more appealing to me. That being said, while researching, I noticed that some users on this subreddit had reported issues with the headset a couple of years ago.
