So I got the Razer Blackshark v2 X and so far great headphones! So I tried to upgrade to THX Spatial Audio, the moment I buy it and get the order through, I get a confirmation email saying that my order was cancelled and my money gets refunded. Could someone please help out as I’m stuck here and can’t seem to purchase it at all.
