Issues with my new Razer Kraken without 7.1 soundcard it sounds very muffled and cant play r6 becaus

I got a razer kraken green recently its with a 3mm jacket and i didnt knew anything about 7.1 surround back then but i got it with the 7.1 surround software but i realised that my headset had muffled audio and that was even before i got the 7.1 surround software from razer
and i tried a lot but couldnt find a solution on my phone and laptop it works fine but not on my pc
any solutions?
