Kaira Pro crackling sound
I have had my new kaira pro headset for not even a week at first they were amazing now I hear a crackling sound every so often any having this problem or a fix?

Hi there! Thanks for posting your Razer Kaira Pro's concern here. Were you able to update your headset's firmware by downloading the Razer Headset Setup for the Xbox app to your PC? If you haven't, please install the app and download the headset's firmware from this link. Let me know if it helps.

I have already updated to the latest firmware and still no fix for the problem
