KAKEN TE - bass button is not working

Hi, I just bought a kraken TE via amazon and when I touch the bass button, nothing is happening. I already have installed synapse 3 and do all what is writing in the guide manuel. I think the button is not working. I don't have any sound that inform me that the bass are set to max or min like the volume or the game-voice switch. I still can return it to amazon as I'm still in the 14 days. Thanks for the help *Sorry for my bad english, this is not my native language.

    It works, but it doesn't give a beep like the game/chat mixer dial does. Really wish it did. You should find a YouTube video on heavy consistent bass, like one of the THX promo vids. During the video hold the Bass dial downward for like 10 seconds to ensure you're now using the lowest setting. Then hold the bass dial upward for 10 seconds to max it, you'll notice a significant difference as it gets closer to max bass boost. The real problem is not knowing what the middle ground flat bass setting is :l
