Kayra Pro - Sound issues with Xbox Series X!

Hello guys! I have the new Kayra Pro for Xbox (all firmwares up to date) and I have been using for few weeks already, with one or two sound issues.... ok so far.... but on the past few days, it's horrible! When I turn on the headset, sometimes it disconnect right away, if not the, in one hour of play, I have 5 to 8 times issue with the sound stuttering, distortion, etc. Need to turn off and on the headset for a few minutes more of good sound before it get bad again... Also my Xbox is up to date. I'm not using the Bluetooth connection as a troubleshooting to avoid interference... Any ideas to help?
