Hi my brandnew Kijo Pro works totally awful. The movement on cam is like a videocall from 2005. On Synapse ita fine until i change the angle. than it turns from super hf tv quality to superdupermess. When i try to bound in on OBS all settings are gone and the cam looks more awful. When i try to reset the setups i need to do this twice or threetimes in a row because the cam dont reset. Firmware is updated. Synapse reinstalled too. Im very near to give the cam back....

    Try connect to a different USB port, it could be a poor bandwidth on the current USB port. Test it out on other Windows app, like Windows Camera. Update your .net Framework version (above 4.6) and update your Windows also
