Kraken 2019 7.1 Surround

Hey guys! I uninstalled the 7.1 Surround driver from the Device Manager and i tried to install the 7.1 Surround app a couple of times but it doesn't install the driver and it doesn't create the playback. Any suggestions on how to fix it?

    Awesome to hear that it's working! Could you share the steps you took to get it running? In case people in the future also come across the same problem. How are you enjoying the Krakens?

    Really like them! What i did to fix it was to go in the Device Manager -> Click on Action -> Add Legacy Drivers -> Tick to install manually -> Click on Sound,video and game controllers and click next -> Scroll down until you see Razer and click it -> on the right side you will see Model, just click 7.1 Surround sound and click next and next again and that's it. That's how i fixed it! <3

    It looks like there is no way for a new user to start a thread. I purchases a Kraken 7.1 Ultimate V2. Everything was fine except it has coil whine. This is really a rookie mistake. You simply design the switch mode power supplies to run at a frequency outside the audio range. The product was nice but I had to return it behind the coil whine was just too much. Turning off the LEDs didn't remove it. It cost $15 to return them. i would wait for rev 3.
