Just bought razer kraken and it has a 3.5mm plug and the microphone is not working and the computed doesnt recognize it on windows 11.
I see more people are having this issue, how to fix it ?

+1I assume you’re plugging it to combo port (that is headset + microphone capable).
What’s your audio card?
Realtek HD audio? If yes, then after connecting headset into combo port it should ask which device was connected for eg. headset, headset with microphone, speakers etc. Choose headset with microphone.
You assumed correctly regarding my driver, yet i did exactly as you told but it didnt pop a window where I was able to choose. Any other way I can solve this problem?
