Kraken headset NOK with SS7.1 feature

Hello, I have got an issue with 7.1 feature (set as default device) on win10 x64 notebook. The device doesn't work properly. With other standard output is OK. I have raised a ticket on June 18. No reply since. Here are the ticket numbers 200618-000490 200618-000440 with report attached and description. Please, provide any feedback. As not possible to use the device fully. Thanx in advance.
