I am writing here to ask for help with my Razer kraken kitty edition headphones which has been having major problems for a while and I am still looking for help.
My headphones have a sound that has become very mediocre over time, and crackles as soon as I move a millimeter, the rgb no longer works, it remains white, the sound also cuts out.
I think its the usb or something like that.
I just wish I could reuse them like last year.
If anyone has the solution, help me!
