Kraken V3 Pro hypersense issue

Recently had a kraken v3 pro hypersense delivered and tried to set up the wireless connection. I plugged in the dongle and turned on the headphones and there was a connection between the two (I know this because it played the sound on the headset that mean it connected) However the computer itself would not recognize the headset and neither would synapse. Even when I used the audio jack cable, I received sound but synapse couldn't detect it. I tried everything from completely wiping synapse from my system, even making sure to install the software that deletes any and all drivers. I made sure my drivers were updated, I refreshed synapse countless times, charged the headset fully, and tried multiple USB ports for the dongle to No avail.  I cant even make sure the software on the dongle is updated because it simply will not recognize it. If anyone has any answers or suggestions, any and all help would be appreciated.
