Hey Guys, have a slight problem with my headset on PC i don’t know why. Tried some methods and its still doesn’t work out.
Had someone this issues or does know how to fix it?

Hi there,
Does the problem persist on multiple PCs? What about updating its firmware? If both method didn’t work, then you can send me a PM along with your Razer Kraken V3 Pro’s serial number so I can validate it and provide isolation steps for us to know why your headset doesn’t produce any audio.
