They still have not fixed it to this day. Even after with the latest firmware update.
Same problem here. Got trouble now with these, got truble with the nari ultimate …. i got a razer basilisk v2 a black widow v3 a kyro pro and the v3 pro headset. Im´m really thinking about selling everything and change to another brand. Synapse is just a piece of trash from day 1, recharging of their wireless products seem to be horrible and the communication from the support is just bad.
Damn i so really love the hypersense stuff but i m not interested in wired headsets anymore.
Guess Team G is already calling :-/
