When I first connected my new headset to my PC, it worked fine. It had sound, stable connection, no problems.
But I decided to disable the light on my headset and install Synapse to do it.
After installing Synapse, I lost the sound in my headset (there is a "Kraken v3 pro" device in Windows sound settings, I see the sound indicator but no sound on the headset).
Also the connection with the dongle is unstable:
- Sometimes after starting the PC, I can control my headset via Synapse (e.g. lighting), but after 30-90 seconds the connection is lost and nothing happens until I uninstall Synapse + drivers and reinstall it.
- Sometimes the headset won't connect to the PC after startup until I reinstall Synapse.
- Always after connect USB dongle to PC I hear default windows “blip” about “device connected” and immediatelly hear “blip” “device disconnected”
Anyway, I can't use the wireless connection, but the AUX cables work fine.
It seems that Synapse has updated some firmware for USB double/headset and then they are broken.
Someone stuck with this problem? Any solutions?
Can I undo this "update"?
KrakenV3Pro_FirmwareUpdater_v1.06.00.1114_r1 shows me that dongle has firmware 1.0.6 (only for first 30-90 sec after first connection after reinstalling drivers. After that this program doesn't see the dongle)
