My Kraken V3 Pro can’t be detected on synapse, so I decided to update the firmware version to latest. Though suddenly, when I was instructed to turn on my device or to hold the haptic then plug the headphone to the PC, it just won’t work/turn on.
UPDATE: Holding the haptic and plugging it in to the pc works after a couple of attempts but it just cycles through step 9 and 8.
