bought a new headset and synapse doesn't recognize it but if plugged in to my husbands pc its recognized, I've uninstalled synapse multiple times and reinstalled it and still wont work, what am i doing wrong?

If you have Valorant installed, then Riot Vanguard can mess with Synapse, and make devices not available - try uninstall Riot Vanguard.

Try these steps:
- Uninstall Synapse
- Download & run this tool: https://rzr.to/Tf53xj to remove any razer drivers/leftovers
- Then restart your PC
- After reboot install Synapse again (as administrator).
