After updating the synapse, the headphones stopped displaying in the app and THX stopped working. It was decided to reset the headphones to factory settings and reinstall the synapse. After that, the headphones stopped turning on at all. When the power button is pressed, the LED lights up for a second and then turns off. The headphones work on 3.5, but they are quite quiet. Updating the firmware does not help, as the headphones do not turn on. Are there any ways to solve this issue? Is there a way to install the firmware using a USB cable?
