Hey! So, i bougth device about few days ago and now synapce 4 always show me that i need to update firmware. But i also did this thing, and installation util show completed installation relevant firmware.
I suspect that the problem with the microphone sound quality lies in this, but i cant prove that by myself, so help me pls
if it’s only a few days old, just return the product and get a new one. The hassle isn’t worth the 400$ that you spent. trust
You're probably right, i'll wait by next day and try some tricks and then just return the money. It's sad that a $400 headset has such problems. Thx (I see that no one is happy with her performance )
Yes, the saddest thing is razer’s usb dongles for headphones are wobbly and break down pretty easily. and if they do and you’re out of warranty, you can’t buy it cause they don’t sell it. (which is silly) go for hyperx if you want best sound and quality but mid design, or steelseries arctic series. I like razer but it’s just isn’t there in terms of longevity.
