Now- my microphone is quite difficult to retract into the headset.. Very difficult. I won’t force it, so it just stays out and dangling. I hear it’s a common issue and look past it.
Then, after charging it last week, I’ve had the recurring issue of the left channel being much much quieter than the right ear. Think, 15-85 ratio rather than 50-50 between each ear. I ignore it for a bit but it renders the headset essentially unusable, and I’ve seen plenty of other posts about it.
But I’ve noticed, if I turn the headset off and close synapse, then turn the headset back on with Synapse closed, it works fine..? This seems to be a recurring thing with these v4 Pro’s, wondering if this is a hardware issue or Synapse 4 issue.
- All firmware (oled screen, headset, and synapse) are on current version. Including windows.
- Headset is only ~6 months old, bought from Bestbuy.
- Same issue when wired, Hyperspeed wireless, or Bluetooth. Same computer.
