Kraken V4 X not connecting to any devices

I recently got a Kraken V4 X headset as part of a new PC setup upgrade. It was working fine for a few days. I unplugged the headset earlier today and used it with my PS5, where it worked fine as well. However, after unplugging from the PS5 and trying to connect back to the PC, the headset started showing an error on screen saying "USB device not recognized." It does the same thing on my fiance's computer. Am I just cooked and need to bite the bullet on another new headset? I've already tried just about everything else I've found online for troubleshooting at this point. Thanks.

Try cleaning your PC’s USB ports. You can also check the USB connector of your headset and update its firmware. If that didn’t do the trick, then shoot me a PM along with your device’s serial number so I can validate it and check for other workarounds.
