Hello. I just bought some razer kraken x headset. When I plugged it in, I didn't get a notification that I plugged it in. The audio works perfeclty. Windows dosen't detect it. The Mic does not work. How do i fix this?

    I got the same issue, I can't get a hold of support. Did you find a solution yet??
