I recently bought a new gaming laptop and now I have problems with the mic. The mic works fine on other PCs. I tested another Razer headset with a jack plug on my new laptop and the mic worked fine. I tested yet another Razer headset with a USB plug (different model) and had the same issue with the mic. I contacted customer service for the laptop and they said there is no problem with the laptop. I can’t figure out what is wrong. I thought maybe the Kraken X USB is not compatible with windows 11 or something but like I said, it works fine on other PCs which are also windows 11. Also, I don’t know if this is relevant but the headset does not show up on Razer Synapse. Any ideas about what is wrong?
